Capy UI

A set of dark themes with Tricorn Black background and Electric Blue accents. Usually has a gradient background with subtle blue radial gradient if possible and where I can add it an adorable Capybara mascot logo.

Mastadon Capy UI 2.0.0

  • New unified CSS file layout-capy-ui-mastodon-4.6.css for Mastodon 4.6.0 and higher
  • Rebased on Bird UI 4.0.0-beta.1.rc targeting Mastodon 4.6.0
  • Single-file install replaces the previous two-file approach (layout-single-column + layout-multiple-columns)
  • Updated CSS token system matching Mastodon 4.6's new data-color-scheme / data-contrast attributes
  • Collections nav icon now displays correctly (was hidden by icon-path reset in prior versions)
  • Notifications repositioned to slot 2 in side nav
  • Profile header, badge spacing, and dropdown hover/focus fixes from upstream
  • Legacy files (layout-single-column.css, layout-multiple-columns.css) retained for Mastodon 4.5.x and earlier

Kagi Capy UI 1.1.0

  • AI / paywall result de-emphasis — results bearing Kagi's ai-stain-icon have their text (titles, URLs, snippets, sub-listings) faded to 32% opacity so they recede visually while the red icon remains fully visible to explain why. Results with paywall-icon fade to 45% with the paywall icon rendered in green. Hovering either result type restores full opacity. Sub-results within a medium-hit card and adjacent .sr-group sibling groups are also covered.
  • The entire feature lives in the final CSS block; comment it out or delete it to disable one or both behaviors independently.
